Manage the City Budget
Your city earns money from residents, shops and industry. Roads, utilities and public services have daily maintenance costs. Adjust the tax rate carefully: higher taxes increase revenue but can reduce happiness and population growth.
Power and Water
Connected buildings consume electricity and water. Build and upgrade power plants and water towers before demand exceeds capacity. A city without enough utilities will stop growing and lose happiness.
Population and Jobs
Residents need available housing, jobs, electricity and water. Shops, factories and public buildings create employment. High unemployment reduces happiness and limits city growth.
Upgrade Buildings
Select a building to inspect it and upgrade it up to level three. Upgraded buildings provide more housing, jobs, services or utility capacity, but also have higher maintenance and resource requirements.
City Objectives
Complete development objectives to earn additional funding and unlock advanced buildings. Grow from a small neighborhood into a metropolis with at least 500 residents and strong city happiness.
